As we are always striving to do our part to support arts in the community while also transforming a generation of future artists, we are proud to introduce our Ovation Rental Program. We know how hard it can be to start up your artistic endeavour, and we want to help get it off the ground.
This program is designed for registered non-profit theatre companies and student lead performance projects.
Requirements
Non-Profit Theatre/Performance Companies
- Must provide proof of non-profit status
- Include letter outlining details of the project (Project/Working Title, Show dates, performance venue, number of performers)
- Must sign rental agreement outlining studio policies and procedures
- Provide ad space for The Stage New West in show programs, or a marketing equivalent if show programs are not being printed
Student Projects
- Students must provide copy of valid student ID
- Include letter outlining details of the project (Project/Working Title, Show dates, performance venue, number of performers) signed by a faculty member in support of your project.
- Must sign a rental agreement outlining studio policies and procedures
- Provide ad space for The Stage New West in show programs, or a marketing equivalent if show programs are not being printed
Availability
- All rentals will be available based on studio vacancies.
- Rental times must be booked in 2 or more hour blocks.
Additional Rental Time
- If more than 8 hours is required participating groups will pay $15/hr for any room.
- Minimum rental block is 2 hours at a time.
